MySentinel is priced per active learner per month, and quoted per school. Every school gets the full platform — there is no cut-down tier and no setup fee. Tell us your learner count and we'll send a per-school quote.

Your rate depends on the size of your roll — larger schools pay less per learner. The full feature set is included at every size. We give you one figure for your school; there is no public rate card to reverse-engineer.
Billing handled by your operator, not in-app. Your rate is quoted, invoiced, and collected by your Cybertron operator outside the app — there are no prices, invoices, or payment screens anywhere inside MySentinel.

Messaging costs
Push, email and WhatsApp are all in the price
App push, branded email and WhatsApp alerts are included in the per-learner rate. Every routine arrival and departure message costs your school nothing extra, whichever of those a family actually reads.
WhatsApp runs on MySentinel's own WhatsApp business account. Your school does not open an account with Meta, does not submit message templates for approval, and never sees a message bill — we carry that cost inside the fee. Your admin switches WhatsApp on for the school, and each guardian confirms their number once before we send to it.
SMS is the one channel that stays optional, because it is the expensive last resort used only when nothing else reached a family. Connect your school's own SMS provider and pay them at your rates — MySentinel never marks them up — or have your operator meter it and pass the cost through with a disclosed handling margin, itemised on your invoice.
A school that runs gate alerts through a WhatsApp Business account of its own carries that bill itself — often tens of thousands of rand a year, on top of the account, the template approvals and the number to look after. Here that sits inside the per-learner rate: one figure, one invoice, and nothing for the school to administer.
