Simple pricing, per learner.
MySentinel is priced per active learner per month. The rate depends on school size — larger rolls pay less per learner. Every school gets the full platform: there is no cut-down tier and no setup fee.
Per learner
R50–R100 per learner per month
Volume-based: from R100 per learner for smaller schools down to R50 at scale.
Quoted excluding 15% VAT. The full feature set is included at every size. An 800-learner school falls in the R75 band — about R60,000 per month.
Billing handled by your operator, not in-app. Your rate is quoted, invoiced, and collected by your Cybertron operator outside the app — there are no prices, invoices, or payment screens anywhere inside MySentinel.

Messaging costs
Web push and email cost almost nothing
Web push and email — the channels most guardians use every day — are included. Routine arrival and departure messages cost your school nothing extra.
WhatsApp and SMS are optional add-on channels, currently in preview, priced one of two ways:
Platform-provided
Your operator meters the messages and passes the provider cost through with a disclosed handling margin, itemised on your invoice.
Schools that move routine arrival messages off WhatsApp-only messaging typically save tens of thousands of rand a year — push and email carry the routine traffic, and paid channels stay for the moments that need them.
