From a no-login portal link the school sends you, switch check-in and check-out alerts on or off per child and per channel, and set personal quiet hours. A routine message inside your quiet hours is held and delivered when they end — never dropped.

Real life
Built for taxis, siblings, and the adult who actually fetches
Many learners walk, take a taxi, or leave with a sibling — so a guardian is optional at the gate. When someone else needs to collect your child, you can authorise a delegate from the portal with a verbal gate code, no surname or photo shared.
- Self, sibling, and staff releases need no guardian standing at the gate.
- Authorise a pickup delegate for a set window; revoke it any time.
- The delegate's full phone number is never stored — only a masked display form.
Your data
Your family's information is handled carefully
You do not create an account or install another app — guardians receive notifications and use signed, no-login portal links. The school holds your contact details under POPIA, encrypted at rest, and can action your rights through its compliance console.
- No guardian login or app to manage — links are signed and time-limited.
- Contact details are encrypted at rest and partitioned to your child's school only.
- Subject access, correction, and erasure are handled by the school's POPIA officer.
