MySentinel infers the direction from the learner's last state and the time of day, shows the name and photo to confirm identity, and records the check-in or check-out — with a one-tap direction override and a loud, clear refusal on unknown or inactive badges.
All guardians notified — web push, then email
Every registered guardian is notified the moment a learner is checked in or out: a web push when they've opted in, with a branded email as the reliable fallback. (WhatsApp and SMS are in preview — see below.) A channel stays unverified and silent until a guardian confirms it, so the school never assumes a contact is reachable when it is not.
