Every school sets its own rules — release mode, express scan, sending window, visitor fields — while the platform keeps each school's data strictly partitioned. A learner, guardian, or event from one school is invisible to another.

Priced per active learner per month, agreed per school and quoted to you directly — larger rolls pay less per learner. There is no in-app billing by design — operators see a billable active-learner count per school and key it into their own invoicing. Finance lives where finance belongs.
