Configure per school, isolate every school
Every school sets its own rules — release mode, express scan, sending window, visitor fields, and its own messaging channel — while the platform keeps each school's data strictly partitioned. A learner, guardian, or event from one school is invisible to another.

Billing stays simple
Per-learner pricing, billed outside the app
Per active learner per month — R50 to R100 depending on volume, agreed per school. There is no in-app billing by design — operators see a billable active-learner count per school and key it into their own invoicing. Finance lives where finance belongs.

Audit and support across the whole group
Every privileged action across every school is written to an audit trail with actor, timestamp, and source. Operators get a read-only cross-school view of safety events and a support surface, so a group can answer for what happened anywhere in its estate.
