Officer flow
Tap a badge to check a learner in or check them out — the system infers the direction, with a one-tap override when you need it. The Officer screen is the most-used surface on the platform — calm, large tap targets, and an offline outbox for when connectivity drops.

Admin workbench
Compact, dense screens for daily school operations. The workbench was designed for the realities of South African school administration — small teams, high stakes, limited time.

Communication
Notifications go out on the events that matter — a check-in, a check-out, an emergency. Web push and email are live; WhatsApp and SMS are in preview, wired and switched on per school once a provider is connected. Guardians get school-managed updates in a consistent voice and language.
