MySentinel Talk to us

Pilot programme

Five focused weeks, then a clear decision.

Our pilot is short on purpose. By the end of week 5 your school has data, not just a feeling — and either keeps running on MySentinel or moves on with insights about what would have helped.

How the pilot runs

  1. Week 0

    Onboarding call

30 minutes. We learn how your school runs gates, handovers, and parent comms today. We share a one-page rollout plan.

  2. Week 1

    Setup & staff training

We import your student roster and seed guardian contacts. Officers and admin staff get a 45-minute training session each.

  3. Week 2–4

    Live operation

Real-world taps at the gate. Daily check-ins from us. Adjustments to message templates, role permissions, and exception workflows.

  4. Week 5

    Review & decide

We meet with the principal, SGB rep, and IT contact. We share usage, guardian-reach stats, and what we'd change. Pilot ends or extends.

What we ask of you

A light, honest commitment.

We don't want pilots that drain school staff. The pilot only works if it frees up time during the day, not if it adds work.

  • One nominated school contact, ~3 hours/week during weeks 1–4.
  • A working set of NFC wristbands or badges (we'll advise on the right hardware).
  • WiFi or LTE at gate locations.
  • Approval from SGB or principal to run a pilot for ~5 weeks.
