Four new pages for the questions schools ask

New pages on the visitor register, late-coming and attendance, and emergency alerts, plus an FAQ with straight answers for principals and parents.

Schools rarely search for a product’s name. They search for the problem in front of them: who is on the grounds right now, which learners keep arriving late, how to reach every parent at once when something happens. Each of those now has its own page.

  • Visitor register: signing visitors in and out at the gate, the live list of who is on site, and how ID numbers are kept under POPIA.
  • Late-coming and attendance: arrival times taken from the gate scan, frequent latecomers on the principal’s dashboard, and class registers by tap or by badge.
  • Emergency alerts: one message to every parent, lockdowns the gate obeys, and drills that end on their own.
  • FAQ: fourteen plain answers, from which phones the gate needs to where the data is stored.

Every page’s title and heading now uses the words a school would search with, so the site is easier to find.
